Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

A booking for the holiday apartment at Felsenhof Münstertal becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation or upon completion of the corresponding booking process via the online booking system.

The holiday apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2. Prices

The prices and services displayed at the time of booking or stated in the booking confirmation shall apply.

Any applicable local tourist tax will be charged in accordance with the current regulations of the municipality of Münstertal.

3. Payment

Payment terms and due dates are specified in the respective booking offer or booking confirmation.

4. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am

Access to the holiday apartment is provided via a key safe located by the external staircase. Guests will receive the access code by telephone or SMS prior to arrival.

5. Cancellation

The cancellation conditions agreed at the time of booking and stated in the booking confirmation shall apply.

We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance.

6. House Rules

The Felsenhof house rules apply throughout your stay.

In particular:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday apartment.
  • Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
  • Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement and with our express approval.
  • Please be considerate of the other residents of the property and our neighbours.
  • Parking in the courtyard is permitted in coordination with and with consideration for the other residents.
  • The driveway must be kept clear at all times.
  • Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.
  • In the event of rain or other precipitation, please ensure that the roof windows are fully closed.

7. Damage

The holiday apartment, furniture, appliances and all other furnishings must be treated with due care.

Any damage caused by a guest or accompanying persons must be reported to us immediately.

Guests are liable for damage caused by them or their accompanying persons in accordance with applicable law. Where repair is not possible or economically reasonable, the necessary costs of obtaining an equivalent replacement may be charged.

8. Keys

Please take good care of the apartment key.

Upon departure, the key must be returned to the designated key safe by the external staircase, and the key safe must be properly closed.

Any loss of a key must be reported immediately. Necessary and reasonable costs resulting from a loss for which the guest is responsible may be charged to the guest.

9. Final Provisions

The statutory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

If any individual provision of these Booking Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
